The service

CitedCheck (a Digital Empire LLC product) measures how AI assistants respond to buying-intent questions relevant to your brand and reports the results. AI outputs are probabilistic: scores are a sampled snapshot, not a guarantee of what any specific user sees in any specific AI product, and may vary between scans.

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly (or annually) via Stripe until canceled. Cancel anytime via the billing portal link in any report email — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If a scan cycle fails on our side, email us and we'll credit it.

Acceptable use

Don't scan brands you have no legitimate interest in at abusive volume, attempt to overload the free audit, or resell reports without permission.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for business decisions made from reports.
